As the Rulers of the Camarilla, the ventrue clan takes its duty seriously. It is they who agreed to take the responsibilities on to their clan’s shoulders, some would say they agreed to it for the privilege and the power such a position grants them. They go to the positions of power like bees to honey. They dislike others having it and don't like to, or want to, share power.

To have as much power and prestage as possible.

Did You Know?: The Ventrue didn't start out as princes of Cainite socities. They started out as the princes' Knights. It wasn't until the Lasombra left to form the Sabbat did they step into the positions of leadership. The recent conflict in the Lasombra leaves some that would have been in power, in positions of wanting instead.
